Positive side: Nyx is a very calm person who has a chill personality. He lets a lot of things slide off his back and often does not hold a grudge. Nyx has his own independent sense of humor that other people can either like or not, he doesn’t really care as long as he likes his own jokes. It’s rare that he doesn’t laugh at his own jokes or the bad ones made by others. He also likes to assist others when they need the help, and often tries to make others smile since he finds it easy to smile himself. Nyx is a friendly guy who doesn’t mind talking to others or starting conversations, he also likes to give little nicknames to new friends which is usually just a shorter version of the name with ‘-bro’ at the end. (i.e: Joseph would be “Jo-bro” and Alexander would be “Alex-bro”, Allison would be “Alli-bro”) Even the girls would get the ‘-bro’ suffix.

 

Negative side: Nyx, being bored from time-to-time, likes to pull pranks on other Tibumerus such as tugging on their hair or pulling on their legs when they swim. Of course, he’d get in trouble with them but he would simply either try to reason that it was all in good fun or simply flee if they wouldn’t listen to reason (one of these days he’ll get beaten up or something and he’ll have to try and not do such things to others unless they’re friends). With Nyx, is not very mature in a lot of situations, he is a very silly youngling. Even when he is not fighting (which is usually when reckless behaviour occurs), he is very clutsy because often times he forgets he has a tail that swings when he turns, is happy, etc. Usually resulting in him breaking Yaga BlubBlub’s things and him having to find replacements.

 

★ Hobbies::

- Chilling in the sea anemones that are collected for his bed

- Pranking others

- Collecting exotic items around the ocean for Yaga BlubBlub

- Making friends

 

★ Skills::

- Charisma: Nyx tries to make as much friends as possible sometimes, but sadly sometimes, it does not work as well as he’d like. Usually he is misunderstood because of his speech impediment

- Rough Skin: Because he sleeps and rubs in sea anemones, his skin has become rough and desensitized because of the stings of the sea plants. Although, since Tibumeru’s are almost completely immune to feeling pain, this skill is useless

- Scavenger; He searches areas for rare things for his mother, Yaga BlubBlub, some of these searches sends him on elongated journeys and gets him opportunities to meet unique people and Tibumerus

 

★ History::

Nyx was born of a single Tibumeru named Yaga BlubBlub; a small, wannabe sea witch. Though he believes, and with untruthful stories from Yaga, he was created through “magic” and was a horrible accident because of it. She was not such a caring woman towards Nyx because he was not what she wanted or expected when he was born. Such as his nice, cheerful, and calm personality, where she wanted him to be just like her; uncaring, cold, and vicious. Even though he is not what she wanted, she still fed him and gave him a home to stay at even though love was never shown from her. She found that he had an extraordinary skill of finding things; he’d be gone for days at a time when he was little and would come back home with such beautiful and unique looking objects that could range from human objects dropped into the ocean to shiny rocks with elements inside them. She decided to keep him for her dirty work, and he was fine with that. The fact that Nyx did not end up like her was nothing short of a miracle considering how much he was mistreated by her and him being unloved his whole life.

Nyx sleeps outside of Yaga BlubBlub’s twisted coral-like cavern in a bed of sea anemone since he was born. The coral cavern, however, is a towering thing with many shelves and openings that can easily house him, Yaga BlubBlub, and all her potions and lotions and junk but she refuses to let him in even though he’s never asked before to come in to stay. Since he loves to have company, he does not mind staying outside as long as she’s available. He always feels happy to serve his mother in finding things for her, thinking that she’ll appreciate his company and services. Though he does often make fun of Yaga BlubBlub behind her back by calling her a “Huge Bitch” yet he continues to stay with her.

- Eyelids always ¼ closed

 

★ Legend:: Nyx, being misled through his entire life, thinks that the creation of Tibumeru’s is from Yaga BlubBlub’s great witchy ancestors.

Yaga BlubBlub – Yaga is his indifferent mother who constantly orders Nyx around to get her things for her always failing potion mixtures. He is more of a lacky than a son to her. She does not care for him because of how chill and positive he always is but keeps him around for her services

 

Unknown Father – Nyx has no idea who his father is, and does not know that he even HAS a father. He thinks that he came from Yaga’s magic cauldron where she creates her potions and lotions. He is out there somewhere and probably only left to get away from Yaga and her crazy self without even being informed that she was pregnant
