Able to twist and turn with grace under water, and also able to turn at an 180 degree angle faster than other swimmers

Bubble Blaster (Magical) - Attack Power: Magick Power:
Vitani is able to shoot multiple amounts of transparent bubbles from her mouth at the opponent. They cause a small blast that does not do much damage.

Breath of Life(Non Magical) - Attack Power: Magick Power:
Vitani has infinite air underwater like a fish does, so she is able to stay under water for as long as she desires. And she is able to keep others under water by breathing air into them through their mouths.

Personality:

Vitani is a very shy, quiet, and reserved young Nymph. Unlike her sisters and brothers who are very outgoing, and love exploring the land. She is also very timid, especially around other races, even though she watches and admires them from her ocean home.

Vitani enjoys watching the landwellers and the skydwellers, though she also fears them because of how cruel they sometimes are.

She does not fight, she does not ever feel that there is a need for it. Though when she is caught in the near sight of a Landweller; she will spray them with her Bubble Blaster, even though she does not like violence. Most of the time it's just a reaction from being too scared.

Harboring low self-esteem and insecurity from not much interaction with others; Vitani isn't very smart nor is she good with her language skills. Though she does pick up a word or two from her family. It is also hard for her to find a mate when all she does is watch the Draconic's, Humans, Elves, and whatever else race walks and flies above the sea.

Background:

Vitani was born and raised in the ocean of Vetmar, Linsund. She was born from two Water Nymphs and had four older sisters, and three older brothers. During her years of growing up, being the youngest, she was quiet and loved to listen to others talk first and hear stories about the land above from her older siblings and parents.
Her family was very skilled in water magick, which is what they were surrounded with 24/7, they taught Vitani some of their skills but she did not want to learn much. She did not take a fancy to the offense attacks that her family mostly knew.
While growing up, Vitani watched a lot of horrible deaths of her fish friends as the fishing seasons set in on her younger years. Her mother almost being harpooned while venturing with a great whale.
Since then, Vitani has always had a fear of other races, but before; had a longing to meet and learn from them. This mixture of feelings did confuse her greatly; keeping her from meeting any of the other people.

1. I have another OC that is just like her; Bellini. Bellini is very timid and shy, and not so happy to be around other people. But during RP's, when a person sees her; she'll freeze and see if they're intimidating. In my one (and only) RP with Bellini; the other OC "waved awkwardly" to her, and she mimiced that motion. And he approached her slowly, and cautiously to show her that he meant no harm. And she would keep her distance from him but would still talk to him; bad English skill and sometimes short with the answers but still responsive. That's how I think Vitani would react.

2. If Vitani had to work with another race she'd keep her distance from them, and be very quiet with them. But if it came to physical contact she would do that; like helping them up from falling into a black abyss or pushing them out of the way of danger.

3. Vitani is more into defense and evassive tactics and strategies. She would use her speed and agility to dodge the opponents attacks, making them tired (most of the time). Making an opponent worn out makes a small attack like Bubble Blaster more effect because of how weak the opponent gets.
